Congratulations to our current T/Y students who received their Junior Cycle Profile of achievement on Monday 29th January.
The JCPA captures the achievements of students in a number of assessments made over the three years of junior cycle, including the grades in the state-certified final exams at the end of the three years. It also reports on students’ achievement in Classroom-Based Assessments (CBAs) in subjects and short courses and includes reporting on Wellbeing.
The JCPA also provides a forum for schools to comment on student achievement, participation, or progress in other areas of learning that may have been included in the school's Junior Cycle programme.
In most cases, the JCPA will report on student achievement relating to subjects and short courses broadly aligned with Level 3 of the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).
Well done to all students.
